Dynetics Celebrates Veterans Day with Donation

Wednesday November 11, 2020

Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is pleased to donate $5,000 in charitable gifts to the Semper Fi Community Task Force (SFCTF). The SFCTF is a 501(c)3 organization, established by a small group of Marines, that supports and assists veterans, military, first responders and their families through direct engagement programs, and community service in North Alabama. These actions include, grants to local veterans and their families for necessary financial support for basic needs, community projects that directly assist veterans, and resources to support wounded warriors and active duty military families. To show appreciation to this organization and all veterans, Dynetics has donated to their Veteran Outreach program.

For the last two years, Dynetics has been a proud supporter of the organization's Salute to Service: Honoring Our Heroes. This event allows the task force to share its success stories with the community and offers an opportunity for local businesses to actively participate in the organization's support of local veterans and their families.

"Dynetics remains committed to backing those who have served our country and community," said Dynetics Senior VP of Business Operations and Government Relations, Ronnie Chronister. "We're thankful that the Semper Fi Community Task Force provides opportunities for the veterans in our community."

This donation was made possible through Dynetics Does, the community outreach initiative, which allows Dynetics to make communities better today and every day, while improving the quality of life for employees and their families. Veteran and military men and women will always be a top priority for Dynetics by continuing to build partnerships and investing in those organizations which strive to provide a better quality of life for America's service members.
