Program Planning & Budgeting

Dynetics is a leading provider of Program Planning and Budgeting support within the Department of Defense (DoD), with in-depth experience in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), programming and budgeting processes. Dynetics provides expert Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) advice to HQDA, and to Army Program Executive Officers and Program Managers.

Dynetics’ support at the program level includes strategic planning, development and analysis of RDT&E and procurement documents, formulation of unfunded requirements, and development of supporting presentation material. Our support ensures that R&D and procurement strategies are consistent with program objectives and are accurately portrayed to the decision makers at HQDA.

Successful programs are those that can identify and articulate their critical requirements to the proper individuals at the appropriate point in the PPBE process. Dynetics is knowledgeable of the nature and timing of each event in this process. Our program support includes tracking congressional marks and the development of position papers and reclamas to address adverse congressional actions, thereby ensuring that requested funding is tracked throughout the entire congressional budget cycle.
