Holidays
Dynetics employees are granted 10 paid holidays per company fiscal year.
Paid Personal Leave
Employees start accruing three weeks of Paid Personal Leave (PPL) on their first day of employment. PPL accrual increases with length of employment.
Other Leave
Paid absences are authorized for jury duty, bereavement, and military reserve service.
Dynetics complies fully with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
