Retirement Plans
Dynetics sponsors two retirement plans: an Employee
Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and a 401(k) Plan. Dynetics contributes 10 - 13% of employees’ annual
salary distributed between these two plans. In addition, employees
may voluntarily contribute up to 25% of their annual pre-tax
salary per year into a tax-deferred Employee 401(k) retirement
plan.
The ESOP and Employer 401(k) are on a 5-year vesting schedule;
Employee 401(k) contributions are immediately 100% vested. The
plans allow employees to self-direct their investments in more
than 18 funds to meet their personal goals. |
