Dynetics Affiliation Program
The Dynetics Affiliation System is designed to
provide the overall structure for all corporate affiliation activities.
It is comprised of four sub-systems that work together to make
it possible for every Dynetics employee to have a long and rewarding
career as part of our Enterprise.
The Orientation System — The Power of Belonging — welcomes
new employees into our workforce, provides them with the basic
corporate information they need to function successfully, and increases
their identification with Dynetics' mission, goals, values,
and culture.
The Career Path System — The Power of Purpose — encourages
all employees to set career goals for their future at Dynetics
and supports the individual and corporate commitment to continued
applied, strategic, and purposeful learning. Additionally, it establishes
a partnership between the employee and the direct supervisor to
devise a plan to accomplish these goals.
The Learning System — The Power of Knowledge — provides
the means for all employees to pursue learning through Dynetics
University and other sources.
It also supports Dynetics' commitment to developing the workforce
of the future.
The Recognition System — The Power of Recognition — identifies
and implements methods of recognizing individual achievement at
various levels within the Enterprise. |
