R.D. Hays Award for Technical Excellence
The R. Duane Hays Award for Technical Excellence is presented each year to the Dynetics employee who, through technical contributions and excellence, exemplifies the high standards of technical accomplishment established and maintained by Dr. Hays during his tenure at Dynetics.
Bob O. Wilson Award for Business and Operational Excellence
The Bob Wilson Award for Business and Operational Excellence is presented each year to the Dynetics employee who, through business and operational excellence, exemplifies the high standards of accomplishments and ethics established and maintained by Bob Wilson during his tenure at Dynetics.
In addition to these awards, Dynetics recognizes employees for outstanding customer service, high ethical standards, and length of service to the company.
